Worth the wait!!
I first became aware of Don Hanna about 30 years ago. He sanded and finished the entire main floor of my home. He later came back and did my back stairway. I did not work with him directly on the first two jobs but experienced the workmanship and when it came time to do my kitchen I knew who I was calling. It was worth the wait and this time I was able to work with him directly. Thank you for the communication that you gave to me to let me know what to expect as you did the job and then answering my questions. The floor looks amazing. Don and his son, Lee repaired some holes in the floor and they can not be noticed at all. Thanks again and I am sure I will have you back to do the front stairs and maybe more.

duster every day was great ad because its so big I can cover the floors quickly!
Repaired and refinished wood floors
Don Hanna repaired and refinished the hard wood floors in my former home to perfection. They looked brand new! I loved the work so much that his group was the first I thought of when needing floors refinished in my current home. Recommend without reservation!
Unprofessional with a Lack of Communication
We first contacted Don Hanna Wood Floors in regards restoring the wood flooring in our home in November 2020. We were told that they were very busy, but that they could probably make the time to do our project sometime in January. They even made time to come check out the house and we were feeling very optimistic… but everything went downhill from there. The estimation for when our project could be completed turned from January into February, which turned to May and then August. We called to check in several times over the course of a few months, each time being told that they would get a bid to us “real soon” or “sometime later this week.” We never did receive a bid. Refinishing the wood flooring in our home was the last project on our list to be completed, so we could not wait months and months to have this project done. This negative review could have been avoided had they simply communicated with us a little better (or at all, for that matter!) Don’t have time to do our project? Don’t want to do our project? That’s fine! But letting us know that would have been the professional thing to do. Being strung along thinking that your project is going to be completed by a certain time when, in reality, the company truly has no intentions of completing it is infuriating. I would definitely not recommend this company if you’ve got a smaller project on your hands. You’ll likely be brushed aside and made to feel pretty unimportant!
Quality That Stands the Test of Time
Don Hanna installed and finished 3,000 sq ft of white oak flooring for us in 2015. We were very happy at the time with the way the job was planned and executed. He and his crew are respectful, friendly, and conscientious. Five years later, after lots of wear and tear from a large family, we are still very pleased with our floors. Thank you!
Superior work on our tattered wood floor!
On August 10th, I had my wood floor finished by Don Hanna and his company (712 – 276 – 4636 / DonHannaWoodFloors@msn.com). He and his team did superior work on our tattered wood floor. They did so on time and also took great effort to teach us the proper floor care techniques. On top of that, they performed additional services and did not charge us extra. Instead, they offered it as a complement to their A-grade of a job! Don is very knowledgeable, and it’s no wonder his business has longevity. My family and I are highly satisfied and would recommend him to anyone looking to get their floors refinished.
